Feelin' Good

Less than three weeks to the wedding! Ah! I wish I still belonged to a gym; the routines I have are getting old... I need to mix it up. I've ridden my bike to work a few times, which is good, but RoyBoy and I will go by car if we have similar hours. Plus, it's wicked hot down here, and riding a bike at high noon can be hard. Not to mention the humidity! Phew!

I've cut out a few things from my diet this month. For starters, less carbs (not including breakfast and fruit) and sugar. (It's SO hard not eating chocolate and ice cream!) I also am staying away from teas and coffee (teeth stainers). It's been tough, but right now I'm eating a lettuce wrap with tuna, and it's simple and yummy. Plus, lots of fruit. Last night I had a burger, minus the bun. THAT was interesting. I never realized just how much the bun adds!

I need to start doing more cardio, but running outside is horrible and I don't have a treadmill or gym right now. Yeah, excuses, excuses. Still, I am confident that my dress will still fit. :)
